In March, we took the decision to temporarily close our sites and offices, to protect the health of our team, our customers, and to support the government’s aim to slow the spread of coronavirus and protect the NHS.

Recently, we have been working through our plans and procedures and implementing government and industry guidance for returning to construction activities. With every decision we are making, the health of our team, our customers and wider society continues to be at the forefront of our thinking.

Restarting our sites is not straightforward; our approach will be phased and the level of activity will differ on a site by site basis. In all instances, the construction activity will be under strict social distancing measures, in order to keep our team and local communities safe.

Our focus in the coming weeks will be our current customers; those awaiting completion of their new Lagan Home. We realise some may have terminated their rental tenancies or may have a deadline for exchange of their own house and we will do everything we can to accommodate, be flexible around individual circumstances.

Despite our showhomes and offices remaining closed to the public, we have a core team of colleagues that are working, and are still here to support our customers.
